Shipping & Deliveries




We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Online orders via Shannonbridgepottery.com are not currently available to UK, Europe USA & Rest of World

Delivery



Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of ShannonbridgePottery.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card). 



Christmas Deliveries

Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed. We cannot guarantee delivery.

All prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.

 

Returns & Exchanges



We offer 2 methods to return and exchange items purchased online.



 

1. Mail us back the item with your own trackable and insured shipping method* to:

Please make sure you mark it clearly for this address and enclose a copy of the delivery docket and the reason for returning.


 

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
Shannonbridge Pottery is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.



 

2. Merchandise can also be returned at our store location with the original packing list. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at retail@shannonbridgepottery.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will try to take care of you.  The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
